Challenge

A Catalogue Too Broad to Browse Comfortably

Haloha carries menswear, womenswear, childrenswear and three separate homeware ranges in one shop. Treated as a single flat catalogue, that breadth works against the customer: a shopper looking for a kitchen piece wades through clothing, and every category page looks alike regardless of what it holds.

The
Approach

Department-Led Structure, One Consistent Voice

The store was restructured around its departments and built as a WooCommerce child theme, so customisations survive parent-theme updates. Each range has its own entry point, while product cards, reviews, cart and checkout stay identical, so clothing and homeware never feel like two shops.

The
Result

Five departments and three homeware ranges that read as one shop.

Giving each department its own front door, with one component set behind them all, turned Haloha's breadth from a navigation problem back into what it was meant to be: a reason to keep shopping.
